6.4.1     View Tasks & Events

a)    Select the Tasks icon from the Home page to access your Tasks & Events Calendar

 

b)    The calendar defaults to a three-day view of your tasks and events.

 

 

c)    Tasks & Events are colour-coded: Blue (Current), Green (Completed)

d)    You can filter the calendar display by date, resident, location and/or category:

 

                                          i.    View your Tasks & Events calendar for an alternate date range

 

 

                                        ii.    Change the date displayed, via the interactive calendar

 

 

                                       iii.    View Tasks & Events associated with a selected resident

 

 

                                       iv.    Filter Tasks & Events by Location

 

 

                                        v.    Filter Tasks & Events by Category

 

 

·         Select Go to list view to view Tasks & Events as a List.

·         The List View can be filtered by the following options:

 

                                     I.        Date Range

 

                                    II.        Location

 

                                  III.        Pending/Competed/Superceded/Completed & Pending/All Events

                                  IV.        By selecting the Filterto filter by Categories

 

·         Select to display the list with your updated filters

 

                                   V.        Or by Users / Roles if User to user Permission has been accessed by

·         To view the full Event Details, double-click the required task or event in the calendar or list

·         From the Event Details window, you can perform the following functions:

 

o   Access and enter details into an associated Assessment

o   Add a Comment to the task/event

o   Mark as complete the task/event

o   Delete the task/event

 

 

Note:  If a resident has been associated with the task, the resident’s name and photo will be displayed in the task.  If a specific form has been associated with a resident-related task, the Form name will display as a link from which you can access the associated form for the resident.
