Change of Platinum 5 to Read Only Access for Existing Clients

 

1.       Create a copy of the main / full access user role

2.       Move first user into this role.

3.       For every OTHER User role in the system edit the role as follows:

a.       Remove the following permissions where they are ticked:

                                                   i.      Residents Tab

1.       Can Admit resident

2.       Can discharge resident

3.       Can edit resident profile

4.       Can edit weight and vitals reportable ranges

5.       Can manage resident adverse reactions

6.       Can reserve bed

7.       Can transfer bed

8.       Can upload resident documents

9.       Can upload resident photo

10.   Can add new resident

11.   Can manage waiting list

12.   Can manage all facility waiting list

                                                 ii.      Progress Notes

1.       Can add comment to progress notes

2.       Can create progress note follow-up alert

3.       Can Create Progress Note

4.       Can edit progress

5.       Can mark progress notes as read

6.       Can set progress note alert to all users in the facility

7.       Can mark progress note as unread

                                               iii.      Staff Messages

1.       Can create message follow-up alert

2.       Can create staff messages

3.       Can edit staff message category

4.       Can mark staff message as error

5.       Can receive message created by Epicor interface (inbound service)
