Generate and Print a Report

 

Note: This ‘How To’ Card does not cover Care Plan Reports.  Please refer to the ‘View and Print a Resident’s Care Plan’ How To Card or the User Manual for further information.

 

Generate and Print a Report:

 

v  Select the Reports icon from your Home Page.

 

 

 

v  Select the appropriate tab.

 

 

v  Select the required Report.

 

 

v  A window will display, allowing you to specify your requirements for the report.

 

 

v  Tick the Show resident picture checkbox if you wish the report to be generated displaying photos of residents.

 

v  To determine which residents will display in your report, select either Facility, Unit, Sub-Unit, Room, Bed or Resident from the listing on the left side of the window.  This will determine the options displayed in the centre field.

 

v  Tick the required checkboxes in the centre field from the list of options displayed.

 

v   Specify which residents will display in the selected report based on admission status.  Select the required admission status option from the Show dropdown box.

 

v  Select Show Report Now and the report will display on the page, based on the parmeters selected.

 

 

v  Select the relevant document icon in the top toolbar of the report to download and save the Quality Statistics Report as a PDF, RTF or Excel document.

 

v  To Print the saved Report, open the saved document and use the print setting in the document tool bar to print the Report.

 

v  To close the Report, select Cancel in the top right corner of the report.
